Our motto at All-American Farms is: "We are family owned and operated and we treat our customers, growers, and truckers like family." We follow this motto without exception.

At All-American Farms, we believe that the customer is always right. We believe that long-term thinking is the only way to think about a client. We believe the only way to establish a business relationship is by personal, face-to-face contact.

Our customers at All-American Farms are never wrong. No matter the problem we endeavor to correct it to the customer's satisfaction. It could be an early delivery, an exotic product, a price discrepancy, or a last minute order All-American Farms will satisfy and meet the customer's request.

In a changing market opportunities arise for brokers to price gouge customers. We believe that this practice reaps short-term profits at the expense of long-term rewards. At All-American Farms, we believe that every price must be a fair price.

Our philosophy at All-American Farms is that you cannot service your customer adequately without meeting her or him in person. Personal contact is essential for a broker to understand the customers wants and needs. This is why All-American Farms, at our expense, either flies the buyer to Florida or travels to the customer's place of business. Although this practice is expensive, All-American Farms is convinced it is a necessary component to a first class operation.

All-American Farms believes that customers, like family, want to be treated fairly. Customers want to trust their broker. All-American Farms will attempt in whatever way it can to secure and maintain that  relationship.

YEAR-ROUND SERVICE

Unlike other brokers, All-American Farms has no seasons. We service our customers 365 days a year. We follow the produce loading cycle from the grower's dock to your loading dock, 24 hours a day. We purchase from Florida, Georgia, Arizona, California, North Carolina, Kentucky, South Carolina, New Jersey, Michigan, Texas and we are willing to purchase anywhere the customer prefers.

We believe that customers prefer to do business with one broker. Changing broker with different growing seasons creates uncertainty that customers just do not need, so we stay with our customers for the entire year.

TECHNOLOGY THAT
SERVES THE CUSTOMER


We believe that many technological devices are misused. One is the machine-answered telephone. This device benefits everyone but the customer.

At All-American Farms, you never speak to a machine. We provide all of our brokers with cellular telephones, portable computers, and require each broker to be on call 24 hours a day. This combination of state-of-the-art technology and good old-fashioned customer service provides the customer with 24hour a day, 7-day a week access and the most up to date information.

At the present time, All-American Farms is on the cutting edge of the newest Digital & Video technology via e-mail. All-American Farms allows one of our field reps to go into the growing fields and actually show the buyer what the buyer is about to purchase via e-mail over the internet. This new device has received attention from both The Packer and the Produce News.

All-American Farms Blue Book & Red Book Ratings. We understand that it is essential to any first class operation to pay their bills on time and conduct our business in the best ethic and business standards.

We pay all of our growers within 15 days. We pay our truckers when we receive the manifest. These practices result in two distinct advantages for our customers. We receive product when the market is tight, and we secure trucking when it is unavailable to other brokers.

We can accommodate any promotion or marketing incentive. Because All-American Farms truly believes that the customer is always right we are willing to facilitate any arrangement to our customer's satisfaction.
